how to place a custom order

 

DM me on instagram @8.twentythree with your idea. please include inspiration photos, preferred colors, sizing, and the overall vibe you’re going for. for a quicker response, you can comment “check your dm” under one of my posts so i can see your request promptly and efficiently.

 

once we finalize your design, i’ll create a personalized custom listing on my website made specifically for you, including your total price. this will include any additional fees associated with your custom order.

 

custom bikini orders begin at $100. final pricing may increase depending on design complexity, fabrics, trims, or specialty materials requested.

 

please allow 2–3 weeks for your custom order to be handmade and shipped once payment is received. turnaround times may vary depending on materials needed.

 

need it sooner? rush orders may be available upon approval.

 

rush order service is available for an additional $40 fee and includes a 2–3 business day production turnaround (shipping not included). if approved, the rush fee will be added to your personalized custom listing at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY 

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. 

Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the time you place your order for its status to update.

How long will it take for my package to get to me?

The amount of time it will take for a package to reach its destination will depend on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. Before a package ships, it will also spend time being processed at our warehouse. Please consult the chart below for full timing information.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.

Q: How can I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the system and showing tracking information.

Q: Are refunds/exchanges accepted?

Refunds: We do not accept refunds. Items are made to order, it’s important that you order your correct size. All Sales Final
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

Q: Can I order from outside the United States?

Sorry, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

Q: What if the merchandise is not in stock?

Customer service will send you an email for out of stock items and cancelled orders.
